Returns & exchanges

What can be returned

• Items returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
• Innerwear, socks and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

• Open My orders, choose the delivered order and tap Return / Exchange.
• Pick the items and tell us why, then choose a refund or a new size and a pickup slot in the next 3 days.
• Pickup from your delivery address is free. You can cancel the request until the courier arrives, and follow it on the order page.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

Once the item passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Choose Exchange when you start the return and pick a size in stock. The replacement ships as soon as the pickup is done.
